In modern-day Los Angeles, creatures from ancient legend looking like dragons suddenly appear and begin ravaging the city, flipping over vehicles and scaling tall buildings searching for a girl named Sarah. A TV reporter named Ethan uncovers a piece of history linking him to this legend and he must fulfill his destiny as a warrior, re-born to protect Sarah from the foul dragons and save the city from complete obliteration.
